    工作经历
        2008-2012年间先后赴美国俄克拉荷马大学和英国阿伯丁大学进行合作研究
        2012年7月回国到中国科学院植物研究所工作,成立了高寒生态格局与过程研究组。博士毕业论文入选2010年度“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文”
        2012年度获得由美国生态学会东亚分会颁发的“青年生态学家奖”
        2013年度入选中组部第四批“国家引进人才计划”,并于同年获得基金委“优秀青年科学基金”资助,获得第九届“青藏高原青年科技奖”
        2015年度获得中国生态学会“青年科技奖”。
