  • 马克平研究员秉承方法创新推动理论创新的研究理念,组织实施了数十个国内和国际重大科研项目,推动了3个研究平台建设,取得了系统性的创新成果,特别是在植物群落多样性的维持机制和区域生物多样性保护的科学基础等方面取得了突出成绩。在Science、PNAS、Nature Communications、Ecology Letters、Global Ecology and Biogeography、Ecology、Journal of Ecology等SCI收录期刊发表论文220余篇;主编专著/学术论文集20多部,获国家科技进步一等奖1项。

    主要学术贡献如下:

    一、基于森林生物多样性大样地监测网络研究,拓展了密度制约理论,深化了森林群落物种共存机制研究;
    二、通过森林生物多样性与生态系统功能大规模控制实验研究,进一步推动了森林生物多样性与初级生产力关系机制的阐释;
    三、建立以国家标本资源共享平台为核心的中国生物多样性大数据平台,推动了生物多样性信息学的发展。
